*The No School ID, No Entry policy is strictly observed in the library.
*Leave your things in the rack. Remember not to leave valuables like money, jewelry, cellular phones, and the like.

*Both libraries are using the open stack system, hence, students can immediately access the books that they need. Leave
the books you use on the table. Do not return them to the rack, the library in-charge will do the returning.
*The library card is required when loaning a book overnight or, for other books, for a maximum of one week. Obtain
a library card from CGC Finance Section when you intend to borrow or loan out book(s).
*Books of less than five copies per title may be loaned out for overnight only. They can be loaned out from 5:00 in
the afternoon to 8:00 in the morning the following day. A fine of two (2) pesos per hour of late returning will be
*Students with library cards can borrow pocket books and other fiction books for a maximum of one week.
*Journals, encyclopedias and general reference books, thesis, and periodicals are restricted library holdings. They
are stricly for inside reading only.
*Reproduction of a portion or the entire book in any manner is against the copyright law and/or punishable by law.
CGC strictly prohibits it.
*Fines or replacement will be required for a loaned out book that is destroyed or lost. The fines or replacement cost
will be based on the amount the book was purchased plus ten (10) percent of the amount thereof.
*Strictly no bringing of foods and drinks inside the library.
